Complaint resolution policy
Please contact the CULTRUAL CONCIERGE Service Center (275.6462) for issues or concerns with any product purchased through the CULTRUAL CONCIERGE Store.
Refunds for items paid with a check will be processed within 30 days of your membership acceptance. For items paid with a credit card, the return of funds will typically take 2-5 business days.

MEMBERSHIPS
Pro-rated cancellations are not allowed for memberships. Once a membership has started the full 1 or 12 months commitment is required. Credits will not be given to individual members moving to other membership levels.
