Complaint resolution policy
Please contact the YOUR WEB EMPIRE or MYPETSTALENTS Service Center (275.6462) for issues or concerns with any product purchased through the YOUR WEB EMPIRE Store.
Refunds for items paid with a check will be processed within 30 days of your membership acceptance. For items paid with a credit card, the return of funds will typically take 2-5 business days.

MEMBERSHIPS
Pro-rated cancellations are not allowed for memberships. Once a membership has started the full 1 or 12 months commitment is required. Credits will not be given to individual members moving to other membership levels.
